Refund Policy

- Payments made for voice rooms are generally non-refundable.

- If a session was not delivered due to a technical issue on our platform (e.g., server errors, connection problems), you are eligible for a full refund.

- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to complete.

Cancellation Policy

- You can cancel your participation in a voice room up to 24 hours before the session starts without penalty.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.

- Hosts also have the ability to cancel or reschedule sessions, in which case a full refund will be issued to participants.
